The 2026 Fall St. Croix Valley Tour of Homes takes place September 12 through October 4 throughout Western Wisconsin. This free, self guided event gives visitors the opportunity to tour newly constructed and remodeled homes, meet local builders, compare floor plans and finishes, and gather inspiration for their own homes.
What Is the St. Croix Valley Tour of Homes?
Presented by the St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association, the Tour of Homes takes place each spring and fall. The tour features homes throughout the St. Croix Valley and surrounding communities, including Hudson, New Richmond, River Falls, Baldwin, Ellsworth, Amery, and Hammond.
Each stop offers something different. You will see a variety of home styles, layouts, finishes, price points, and building ideas. Whether you are actively searching for a home, considering building in the future, planning a remodeling project, or simply enjoy seeing beautiful homes, the tour is a great way to experience the work of local builders in person.

Located at 1962 30th Avenue in Baldwin, Home #8 by Petta Building & Design offers a truly elevated experience. This impressive property features thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and amenities many of us could only dream of having in our own homes. Every space feels intentional, beautifully finished, and designed to be enjoyed.
They do things right over at Petta Building & Design, and this home is a wonderful example of the care, creativity, and attention to detail they bring to each project. It is definitely one of my favorite stops on this year’s tour and a home you will want to experience in person.
Home #12 by C & J Builders
Of course, I may be a little partial to Home #12 by C & J Builders in Ellsworth. We are proud to represent this available home and cannot wait for you to experience it in person.
